Terms & Conditions.
By registering a child for, booking, purchasing or participating in any session, program, clinic or event operated by Antonis Football Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
BOOKINGS & REGISTRATION
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once registration requirements and any applicable payment have been completed. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date, including emergency contact details and any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other information that may affect a player’s safe participation.
FEES & PAYMENT
All fees must be paid by the due date specified at the time of booking. Prices and program details may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED SESSIONS
If a player is unable to attend a scheduled session, parents or guardians should notify Antonis Football Academy as soon as reasonably possible. Missed sessions are generally not refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Academy. Where Antonis Football Academy cancels a session, we may offer a replacement session, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
WEATHER & VENUE CONDITIONS
Football is an outdoor sport and sessions may be affected by rain, extreme heat, storms, poor field conditions, venue closures or other circumstances outside our control. Antonis Football Academy reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify or cancel a session where reasonably necessary for player safety. Parents and guardians will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
PLAYER SAFETY & MEDICAL INFORMATION
The safety and wellbeing of players is a priority. Parents or guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications or other circumstances that may affect their child’s ability to participate safely. Players should arrive appropriately dressed for football training with suitable footwear, shin guards where required and sufficient drinking water.
If a player becomes injured or unwell during a session, reasonable steps will be taken to contact their parent, guardian or nominated emergency contact. Where urgent medical attention is reasonably considered necessary, emergency assistance may be sought.
PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive at and are collected from sessions at the appropriate times. Children should not be left at a venue outside the scheduled supervision period unless prior arrangements have been made with Antonis Football Academy.
PLAYER & PARENT CONDUCT
Antonis Football Academy aims to provide a positive, respectful and encouraging environment. Players, parents and spectators are expected to treat coaches, other players, families, officials, venue staff and property with respect. Bullying, abusive language, threatening behaviour, discrimination, deliberate dangerous conduct or persistent disruption will not be accepted. Where behaviour presents a safety concern or seriously affects the experience of other participants, Antonis Football Academy may take reasonable action, including asking a participant or spectator to leave a session.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photographs and video may occasionally be taken during academy activities for coaching, promotional or social-media purposes. Where required, appropriate parent or guardian consent will be obtained before identifiable images of children are used for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians who do not want their child photographed or filmed should notify Antonis Football Academy.
ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY SPORTING RISK
Football involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including falls, collisions and sporting injuries. Participants are expected to follow reasonable coaching and safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, statutory right or liability where doing so would be unlawful.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Antonis Football Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Antonis Football Academy may make reasonable changes to coaches, session times, venues, group allocations or program structures where necessary. Where a significant change affects a confirmed booking, families will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected by Antonis Football Academy will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy requirements. Information will only be collected and used where reasonably necessary to administer programs, communicate with families and support the safe operation of the Academy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Antonis Football Academy name, logo, branding, training materials, photographs and website content must not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where such use is otherwise permitted by law.
